About OpenUtility
clear by design.

OpenUtility is a browser-first collection of focused developer utilities for formatting, transforming, inspecting, generating and working with common web data.

Built for everyday development

OpenUtility groups small utilities into one consistent workspace so you can move from input to result without unnecessary setup.

Browser-first by default

The current tool implementation is designed around client-side processing where supported. The site does not require an OpenUtility account to use its tools.

A consistent experience

The same visual language, navigation, responsive behavior and action patterns are shared across the homepage, tool pages and documentation.

Open source direction

OpenUtility is developed as an open project. The source, issues and contribution entry point are available from the Open Source page.

Designed for desktop and mobile

Layouts adapt to smaller screens with touch-friendly controls, compact navigation and focused tool workspaces.

Privacy as a product feature

The project aims to make data handling visible and predictable instead of hiding it behind an account or opaque workflow.
